Windward Legal is a privately owned legal office support company founded in 2006.  We are a US-based, US-staffed, privately owned company headquartered in Sacramento, CA. 

Windward Legal was created to help simplify many of the administrative stressed of running a legal practice. The business model of a digital workplace that was originally developed by the staff at our parent company, Eight Crossings, was found to be easily applied beyond the transcription specialty.  Secure, web-based communications tools now allow many of the back office support function at a legal office to be done off site.

Windward Legal has added answering service, paralegal and file scanning services to the original transcription offering.  We will continue to develop cost-savings, reliable off-site support service for the legal office in the years to come.
